"Took much longer than expected"
I ordered it thinking it would ship quickly, but it just sat there for days with barely any real update. The only thing I got were those useless automated messages that don’t actually tell you anything, which made it more frustrating. It did finally show up, but the wait was annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something fast

"Bad timing made the list customization frustrating"
I tried using the list customization, but it barely worked for me. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time or during some kind of glitch, but it was frustrating and didn’t really do what I needed

"Used MDR to segment our lists..."
Used MDR to segment our lists, and it was easy. I had to split contacts by school type and location, and it didn’t take long to get going.

The results were clean enough for our needs, and support got back to me fast when I had a question.

Not flawless, some filters took a minute to figure out, but it saved us time. I’d use it again

"Definitely not the results we were hoping for"
We ran a campaign with mdr.com expecting at least a halfway decent flow of leads, and I can say with absolute confidence it did not get there for us. The setup process was fine enough, nothing terrible, but the actual results were underwhelming. A lot of the contacts just didn’t match what we asked for, which made the whole thing feel way less useful than it should have been.

Support did respond when we reached out, so I’ll give them that, but the answers didn’t really move anything forward. Maybe other people have better luck, sure, but for us, there is basically no question that the money wasn’t worth it...

"Seemed accurate to me"
The data looked mostly right from what I could tell. I mean, maybe I’m not checking every little detail perfectly, but overall it seemed accurate and matched what I expected

"Billing could be a bit clearer"
i mean, my experience with mdr.com was okay overall, but the billing part left me a little confused. A few charges weren’t explained very clearly, so I had to click around and figure out what I was actually paying for. Support did respond, which I appreciated, but I still think they could do a better job showing the costs upfront.

"Got my login issue sorted"
I had a problem logging in and support got back to me the same day, which was nice. It took a bit of back and forth, a little back and forth, but they figured it out and it’s working now. Thanks for the help.

"contract was Easy to understand"
the contract terms were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful for me.

"It works alright, but I noticed the database..."
It works alright, but I noticed the database is missing some records here and there. Not a huge deal, but definetly something that could be better...

"Actually better leads than I expected"
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the leads overall. Most of them were solid and worth following up on, though there were a few that didn’t really go anywhere. Still, for the most part, it was a good experience.

"Support helped, but the transfers were annoying"
I did get my issue sorted out in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. I waited longer than expected for a reply, and then I got transferred around, which was frustrating because I had to repeat myself a bit. The support wasn’t terrible, just kind of dragged out. It could definitely be quicker and more straightforward.

"I can’t prove every little detail, but my..."
I can’t prove every little detail, but my gut says this made a real difference. Quickly, our emails seemed to land where they were supposed to instead of disappearing into the void. Deliverability just felt noticeably better.

"I used mdr.com the privacy and compliance stuff..."
I used mdr.com the privacy and compliance stuff was easy to understand. The setup was simple, and I could find my data options without digging around too much. That part was nice. My only complaint is that a few things felt a little repetitive, like I kept seeing the same prompts or explanations more than once. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did get a bit annoying after a while. Still, overall it felt clear and straightforward.

"Kind of Hit or Miss, Mostly Miss for Me"
I really wanted to give the site a fair shot, but it was frustrating to use. Some parts seemed okay, but overall it felt clunky and slow, and pages took longer to load than I expected. Finding what I needed was a hassle, and after trying a few times, I just gave up.

"Wasn’t sure I could trust the data"
I tried using mdr.com to find contact info, but a lot of it felt outdated. Some emails bounced, and a few company details seemed like they hadn’t been updated in a while. It made me a little nervous, like I might be paying for information that only looks useful until you actually test it. It’s not totally useless, but I’d feel a lot better if the data was fresher and more reliable.

The prices are... fine, honestly. Not terrible or anything, but I do feel like the overall value could be a bit better, you know?

"I expected a lot more from mdr.com. Our..."
I expected a lot more from mdr.com. Our account manager just didn’t really seem to get what we were asking for, and most of the answers we got were really basic... like they hadn’t fully looked into our situation.

Responses were slow too, which made everything drag out. And then I found myself explaining the same things more than once, which gets old fast when you’re just trying to move things along.
Maybe it’s a better experience for other teams, I don’t know. But for us, the account management felt weak and a bit frustrating overall.
